West River 2003-2004 Flow Review

            In reviewing the Fall 2003 Flow, you can see how ramping rates were applied to the scheduled release on

        September 20th but not on the following dates where storm events necessitated releases of water for flood

        control activities.  The ramping rates for the scheduled event are much less steep than on the unscheduled dates.

        In looking at 2004 flow data, we can see sharp ramp rates again in 2004.
