Anyone saw this…is it an error or genuine? No natural rain event to result in such a gigantic flow.

It showed up on the USGS site as a short spike too. I doubt whether it’s valid, since neither other of the adjacent CT river gauges had corresponding changes. Sometimes the gauge will freeze up and cause reading anomolies. It is weird though, since the graph line seems to be continuous, up and down.
