I an new to kayaking and have been looking for a kayak from sometime. Have searched around a lot on sites and reviews. I finally selected a kayak for my self. Ocean kayak frenzy at http://www.xgearhub.com/best-beginner-kayak/. I am 6'3 and 102lbs and price is not a concern. Hard to choose between one. If any one has used it before please share your experience. Any recommendation will be helpful.

I suspect one of those numbers isn't correct.

What is your intended use? Ocean, flat water, white water? What are your goals. It's winter. Find the pool your local group uses and go sit in other peoples boats.

WTF?

As of now nobody here can tell you whether or not that boat is suitable. As Rabbit says, your intended use determines what type of kayak you should get. When you figure out what type you want you should consider starting off with a used boat.

FWIW, that article reads like it was written by somebody that has no idea that there are different kinds of paddling. None of those boats would be suitable for most of the people here, beginner or otherwise.
